I am in no way defending QVC as I check to make sure I cannot find certain products elsewhere that have free S&H both ways. I do purchase from QVC when I have to pay for S&H. Recently have purchased many items that I needed to try in other online stores that had S&H and the fee was much higher than what QVC charges. You have to take many things into consideration when making online purchases which should not be a problem as the amount of places to buy an item is huge.

By the way your statement about a restocking fee is incorrect which leaves me with the impresstion that you never even shopped at QVC. If you only received $.91 ( if you did shop here) back on an item you probably bought the item on easy pay.

I never buy from Q without price shopping. 99.9% of what I want is found elsewhere for less money and free shipping. It's extremely rare that I have to pay for return shipping.

Brands that are not owned by Q are always less expensive elsewhere.

@Jacrog.  There is no fee to return an order.  You are not refunded the original s&h fee, and you're charged postage to use the return label  You can pay for your own return if you prefer but it's usually more expensive to do so.  That's it, no other charges.

Your statements are exaggerated, but even so, why do you keep shopping at a store where you're so dissatisfied?  Please feel free to go elsewhere.

That's her opinion and she's welcome to post it if she wants. You don't have to agree.

I feel there is a big difference between having an opinon on something and stating false information !!!

The OP is incorrect....sure, she can post anything she wants....but there is nothing to agree upon when what is stated is completely wrong.

I really don't care. It isn't life threatening. It isn't going to end civilization. I fully understood what she meant. I don't feel the need to be mean just because someone makes a mistake.

I don't see anyone being mean and I certainly don't see the OPs rant as a "mistake".  She is stating something as fact that is not and doubled down when the correct info was posted.  She also hasnt been back so hopefully she got the info she needed.

Perhaps you did not read my post fully. I use QVC to preview products I purchase elsewhere. And, yes, QVC DOES charge a return fee over and above the return label shipping charge.

This is not a debate.

@Jacrog - QVC does not charge a return fee over and above the return label shipping charge.

This is not a debate.  You're wrong.

@Jacrog OK.  What's your point?  It isn't a debate.  We know that.  But try as I might I can't find any point to this long rant.

And since when is correcting someone's misinformation being "mean"?  That accusation has gotten very over-used lately.  (As have the rants about QVC being the devil incarnate and a scam company.)

Many of us know that there are posters who dislike everything about QVC and use the forum as a way to warn others off shopping here.

Has never worked and never will.  Most of us have a mind of our own and are informed shoppers.

The answer for those unhappy with QVC's pricing and policies truly is simple:  shop elsewhere.  There's plenty of choice.

I agree that none of the posters that replied were unkind to the op. Sometimes a poster will be met with the same energy they put out but in this case the op was met with matter of fact comments that were not unkind.
