I have used QVC Easy Returns with success but have also run into a particular issue several times. When I try to exchange a piece of clothing for a different color it usually takes the team several days to respond, which is ok. But by the time they respond the new color is out of stock and they refund my money. In these situations the policy should be to ask the customer if they want a refund or to keep the original item. Several times they have just refunded me when I would have kept the original item so I have had to contact customer service to reverse the refund. Not the end of the world but it would be nice if they could go the extra step up front and save their customers the hassel.

I have never been able to figure out EZ returns.  I usually will call and advise CS if I am returning or exchangine.  Sometimes they will send out my exchange immediately and some say they will and don't so I have to wait until my tracking number shows in the system and call them to advise them of the situation and provide proof of the tracking number.  I had to do this today.   There's no rhyme nor reason for they way things get handled.

I wanted to do an exchange the other day and was affraid by the time I did the return for the exchange the item would have sold out.  I called Customer Service and they did an upfront replacement.  They would go ahead and send out the replacement and I sent the other one back the same day.  I also did the QVC Easy return and told them the exchange was done as an upfront replacement.  Customer Service was very helpful!!  Hope this is helpful @dollgal

Some people LOVE the EZ Return service. It takes days to get a reply, and I'm better off calling Customer Service.
