I know there are a lot of cynical people out there, and recently saw some bloggers attack a person who said she cut up her QVC card because GE banking was the finance co assoc w/the card. I felt that most people don't know of GE's huge public relations nightmare. GE made billions in the US last year, at the same time they cut american jobs and benefits. At the same time they have expanded overseas projects; hiring thousands(overseas)!Now for the kicker! They not only paid ZERO in taxes(2010), they recieved over 4 billion in tax rebates!! There have been many tax watchdog groups who have tried to humiliate GE into returning their tax windfall, all to no avail. The only thing a greedy company like GE understands is being hit in the pocketbook. So join me in cuttin up your QVC card and stop buyin GE prods until they publicly agree to reverse their policies. Ladies, these are OUR jobs! OUR benefits! be heard!
