@HLP, I change out of my work clothes into lounge clothes and have a glass of wine almost every night.

Just like other tv shows, it's not real wine. And I wouldn't care if it was real. Actually, the shows might be better if it was.

@febe1  - Shawn is a beautiful lady and I agree that pj's are not meant to be worn skin tight.  Imo, she does need to go up a size (or two).

How do we know they aren't drinking real wine?  Not that there's anything wrong with it.

Given how many threads there have already been about this topic, I think we've exhausted all possible explanations.  

 

I see nothing "hard to watch" about a host with a glass of wine, in pajamas or otherwise clothed.

 

Credit given, however, that the OP managed to use a generic title for this thread.  It made me think it might be a new issue and that's the only reason I opened it.  Silly me.
