QVC - do you read any of these posts besides those that the moderators get rid of?   People like QVC but obviously they are tired of the same old products, the same old presentations, etc. etc. etc.  The loyal QVC customers want to go back to the "old way" of purchasing and half the stuff is so bought out by the customers, they don't need any more  of the product because you sell super sizes which lasts forever.  Like customers have said, Bare Escentuals - that is almost non-existant, and this just goes on-and-on.  IT will be the next product line to fade out since it has been sold to L'Oreal just like Philosophy was sold out years ago as well as Bare Escentuals.  And not only are the customers frustrated by the constant hour long repetition but the screaching of these young girls you hire to make a sale.  Go back to the quality QVC use to have with their sales reps like Kathy Levine.  It's a tough business QVC but try to play to your customers instead of playing to corporate.  READ THE CUSTOMER FRUSTRATIONS!!!!!

Who do you think is going to read your rant?

I don't think QVCs management reads the boards.  You may have more success calling QVCs presidents office with your feedback.

Why have a Suggestion Box if no one reads it?

People seem to forget (or never knew) that management's first responsibility is to its stockholders, not its customers.  They must do whatever is necessary to show a profit on the bottom line.  They have obviously determined that "the old way" is not the way to achieve their goals.  The customer can either go along for the ride or shop elsewhere.  Simple.

Not doing as the customer asks is not the same as not reading. Certainly TPTB aren't going to read here. CS does, but they are CS - they pass on comments and suggestions, but they cannot implement them.

Just because a customer suggests changes and assumes "everyone" would agree with those changes doesn't mean anything is going to be changed. If people want to view that reality as Why Bother, they certainly can, but in actuality that would then be why have this forum if QVC isn't going to do what I suggest.

So, if QVC would only follow your suggestions, their sales would increase tenfold and happy days are here again????????????

I agree that stockholders are probably first priority. QVC is a selling machine, but there is no selling if the customer is not happy. The thing is...that currently the Q is not showing a healthy profitable quarter.  So what they are doing now is not raising the profit line!!  If customers minimize their purchasing, the bottom line is never going to go higher.  I honestly feel that no company is worth their salt if they do not listen to their customers.  Listening to customer feedback is a simple and sensible technique for a company that needs to make changes to increase the profit line!

Hi @grooms

I wanted to let you know that we do monitor and report on customer feedback across many platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Forums, Feedback via qvc.com, phone calls to Customer Care, emails to Customer Care, just to name a few). In the forums it is particularly helpful if feedback is posted in the Suggestion Box category but we try to monitor and report on all of the relevant discussions within the forums to the best of our ability. Please continue to share your QVC shopping experience with us so we can continue to improve. Thank you for your interest in QVC.
