Why do you think you have so many technical problems? I go to a LOT of sites and they never have ANY problems. I see your shopping pages are just fine. Is it maybe that you'd like to get rid of the forums?

@Judaline   Maybe -   I come to the Forum close to every day most mornings, but yesterday was the first time in maybe 5 or 6 years that something I read persuaded me to buy something from QVC I hadn't expected to that day.

Ironically, what persuaded me to order was a thread highly critical of what I ordered!

If the forums were to disappear, for the most part my relationship with QVC would be quite similar to what it is now.  I would NOT follow anyone or anything on Facebook, I would not head to its competitors to buy what I buy now.

I've lived through a multitude of changes in my life already.  Some very painful, some very annoying, some just uncomfortable.  The important aspect of change is to learn to live with it.  I wish I knew to whom to attribute this idea, but I just remember the idea was on the wall in a doctor's examining room: "It's important not to wait for the storm to end, but to learn to dance in spite of it."

I'll be okay if QVC decides not to support the Forums although I doubt that's why they haven't fixed them.   Because it's so random, I think it's more complicated to fix than we wish it were.

Actually, I can almost understand their inability to fix the problems....the randomness.  I'm one of the lucky ones who hasn't had difficulties (yet?). I'd very much miss the forums if they discontinued them.  I often look into items posters have mentioned that they have bought. Good advertising for QVC. I've tried the "other" forum, but I just don't care for it.

OMG--It took me 6 times scrolling up and down these screens from tech he11-- to finally get here--I did just chat live to someone in CS to ask them when this situation was going to be fixed--she had NO idea of any issues but would look in to it----not that she can do anything ---but told her to go onto the board to see for herself--not that she did----Woman Sad

She's probably sitting comfortably in her home somewhere in Nebraska and is working from there-clueless.

I haven't had any problems with the forums for ages now.

I wonder if it's an issue with different browsers?  I'm using MS Edge on my desktop.

The only glitch I consistently hit is, if I want to "like" someone's review of a product or even leave a review of my own.  Every time it makes me enter a "new" nickname.  I just enter my existing one and hit save.  Works every time, but we shouldn't have to do that.  It should've been fixed long ago.

@Judaline  - Yes, QVC almost eliminated the forums last year.  When they decided to keep these forums, there was nothing that stated it would be a permanent thing.  They wanted everyone to transition to FB. Maybe this is the beginning of the end of the forums.

I think this is where QVC intervenes and says, "See? It's your computer, not ours!"

I have Chrome with no problems. Some people have trouble with Chrome. I don't know how, but the Q has really messed things up this time! "Another fine mess they've got us into!"

I highly doubt that the problems with easy pay and the wonky sizing issues have anything to do with the forums.  Most of their technical issues have an effect on our ability to order and to make payments.   Im sure they wouldnt hurt their ability to sell on purpose.
