I returned a ring on the 2nd of March and here it is March 14th and still no refund to my CC. Same with a few clothes sent back on the 4th. In fact, none of the return tracking numbers even show any information about the items being in transit to you, which is unlikely to be the fault of the USPS. Whatever company to which you consign those packages after they leave the post office is making you look bad. Please do something about this.
