QVC must know that customers are frustrated with rising prices and the decreasing frequency of 5 Easy Pay combined with free shipping. Instead of addressing these concerns meaningfully, they’ve been offering promo codes that seem designed to be nearly impossible to use.

I attempted to use one that was advertised on IG today, only to have an item rejected. After that, I reviewed the stipulations, only to realize that the item as.well as several subsequent items I selected—regular-priced, not "As Is," and not on sale—should have qualified. Yet, every item was still rejected. If a promo code excludes standard purchases even when customers aren’t violating the stated conditions, is it really a promo?

At this point, these discounts feel more like an illusion of savings rather than genuine value. QVC should reconsider whether these codes are actually benefiting customers or just adding to the frustration.

@Pauline5147.  If, after studying the stipulations, you think an unresponsive promo code should work, call CS for help

Using codes from social media (unless it was posted by the legit QVC account) won't usually work because most promo codes I've received are for select customers, ie the ones who get the email or postcard / mailer.  The only other ones that work for me are either Q card holders only.  I've seen codes posted here that don't work for me.

I find the promo codes silly since they max out at $15 or $20. Why would I settle for that when I can easily find much better promo codes everywhere else.

Right now, I have 50% off at Lands End, 15% off at LLBean, 30% off at Macy's, 20% off at Ulta, 20% off at Beauty Brands, and more.

Instead of Promo codes with so many exceptions and conditions, they should take care of their customers who spend regularly with loyalty rewards. The rewards would be earned every time you spent a set amount.
it seems qvc sends discount codes to people who aren't spending.  Its a kick in the pants to those who shop regularly.

@Catch71  Most Companies offer free ship with a set amount of money on an order.  That would  also be nice.
