No matter what anyone says, what was once a thriving company to one struggling today; what they are doing is not working very well at all.

Re: Programming in general

[ Edited ]

It's time to stop the callers phoning in. Last night the lovefest of Kim by the people calling in was over the top. Who cares to listen to how much they love her and what they have bought, and Kim loving on them. This is 2026 and who does this help? I think they hope these callers will encourage the people watching at home to order when in fact most are probably changing the channel. It's so outdated and doesn't help the viewer at all.
it seems to be a regular thing on the Saturday night Kim show. I used to listen  and think how sad that people are so lonely they need someone to talk to. I don't watch on Saturday night to feel sad. Qvc needs to get rid of that as I think it turns off viewers.
I know, just my opinion.

We also bought gold and designer clothes, not disposable clothes, most made from polyester. Now, there is almost no jewelry (for obvious reasons) and people have so many other places to buy clothes with better quality and reasonable return policies.

Please someone inform me about what is wrong with QVC now as opposed to what they were before? Please articulate and give examples as opposed to general comments. I love qvc and I need to understand what you are referring to.

If that's what made them great, why wouldn't you go back to that. No need to spend an hour at a time about a TSV constantly. They say the same thing over and over until you turn it off. People still want the different items of the past with hosts that told you about it without all the stupid fooling around.

  • non-competitive prices. I can find everything I want elsewhere for less)
  • too much polyester and spandex
  • same products repeatedly aired
  • shipping costs. I can't remember the last time I paid shipping elsewhere)
  • return fees. I very rarely pay return fees to other retailers.
  • Host personal stories, antics, acting like pre-teens, yelling, TMI, etc is not entertainment. Q is a shopping channel, not entertainment, and I don't know why the CEO insists on this juvenile behavior.
  • We are not family, friends, or even acquantance. Q needs to stop it's idea/marketing that we are.
  • Ageism. I wish I knew at 55 what I know now about aging.
  • Mally. She's an automatic channel change.
  • Q was kicked off the stock market because they couldn't even maintain $1 per share. Last year, they merged stock to make it appear better than it really is. While not illegal, I consider it unethical.

There is more. You get the drift.
