I posted this topic, but don't know if it went through.

I signed up to get reminders for the shows I wanted to watch.  I got a message in red letters letting me know that I had to contact Customer Service.  Why?

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I was trying to get email reminders for the Josie Maran shows.

I called customer service; she said she fixed it. I then tried again and it still did not work; I got same message as you; contact customer service.

I waited about five hours and tried again, same thing so I called CS again. The rep said there might be a glitch; try later.

I tried this morning; still won't work. I give up!
