I hope this makes sense. If you are going to sell “As Is” items the video on the original item should show all of the colors not just the last time when only one or two colors as the others have sold out.

I totally agree.  I have been looking at the Dooney Toledo Satchel.  The only color in the video is gray.  I even googled You Tube to see if there was one out there and there is not.  They need to keep the last video showing all colors.  This is very important.  We can see if a color is not in stock very easily.
