Waiting for 4 to 6 weeks or more for a return to process has turned me off. Yes I know there is a way to take a picture etc. I am not good on computers & why should I have to go through all of this? Just process your returns!!!

What is this picture option? I saw another post but didn't see that option when returning something.

I so agree. It took two and a half months to get my refund after many requests.

As I remember you take a picture of your form you fill out in order to return an item & I believe the tracking sticker you put on the package. I mailed it my way & paid up front as I returned part of two orders & it was only $9.00 for three items. Cheaper of using their return label.

That is why I will not order anything at this point. I received two used items. I was disgusted! It was a pair of pants that were well worn & very faded. I did return using QVC's return label. They charged me s & h. I called and got a full refund. The customer service rep I talked to said that's the way it works. You have to call. I had called CS & asked them to note my problem. Then I still have to call to get my s & h back? That did it for me! The other item was a tank top that had been washed & worn. The collar was all wrinkled & no tags. I received one that was not used & it looked totally different!
