Problems with threads being posted?

Im just wondering if any one else is having difficulties with threads being posted? I will type something, hit the submit button and poof! The message is gone, does not get posted to the thread, does not show in my history, just gone. And they were not controversial posts, just stuff about lip butters, a TSV question, etc. Any one else having these issues or have any suggestions as to why this might happen? Thank you.
