Problems with pump item #A370756

I see I'm not the only one having a problem with the pump on the lotion included in this kit. So many people are complaining. I would think instead of having to return an obvious defective item you would send out new pumps that work. I purchased a philosopy set of Amazing grace a year & 1/2 ago & I never did get the spray to work. I had some left so when I opened the new box it was too late to return it. Others complained about it also.So I will be sending it back as defective if I can't get a pump that works. Thank you

I have had many bad pumps on phil lotions and bath and shower gels.   It's so common that I save good pumps to use with new bottles in case those pumps don't work. This is a problem that philosophy needs to correct.

@this is my nicI wish it were just a Philosophy problem!  I have been so frustrated with pumps as a delivery system on many products so I also save the ones that work well.

I pretty much have figured out how to cope with the various sizes of most of what I'd buy from QVC, but I still haven't ever figured out how to deal with unusual bottles.  Also haven't figured out how to use some of the bottled products down to the very last drop like I can with a tube which I can cut open.  I've sometimes found days of product in a tube I thought might be empty.

Yep--I sent my kit back for a replacement.  The pump worked on the replacement kit.  But what a hassle.

I was talking about Dr. Perricone's TSV a few weeks ago. But I have no idead how to fix a spray bottle of perfume! That was my philosphy issue. Many others had trouble with the spray sent that time also.

I got tired of the pumps not ever working in the Philosophy bottles.  It's hard to squeeze the Philosophy bottles without a pump, too.  I switched to Bath & Body Works shower gels many years ago because of this problem.  It's very easy to squeeze the shower gel out to the very bottom of the bottle.  The bottle is clear, too, so you can easily see how much is left.  BBW has nice scents, too.
