I'm having the same exact problem and then it tells me my password is incorrect.  I've used the same password for years so I had to call CS 4 times because I can't log in.  The CS reps keep telling me they are not aware of this problem.  I really just don't know what's going on with the Q lately and it's not good.

Re: Problems with log in

[ Edited ]

Hello again @jaxs mom@Luvtoshopathome@CANDLEQUEEN@apple1964@wildcat fan!, @Havarti@apple1964@January121@Desi

I have another question about the login issue. When you are prompted to go to the sign in screen, are you typing in your password or is it already populated and you are just clicking the sign in prompt?

Thanks again for your information and patience!

Thank you @jaxs mom. Can you please erase what is automatically populated and type in your password the next time you sign on? Please let me know what happens.

Sorry for a delay I was out and about most of the day today. After I saw this post, I signed out and then then tried to reply without being signed in and it took me to the log in page where I had to manually type in my email addy and password. Then it just did the same thing it always does, it refreshed the log in page, but did not post my reply and did not take me back to the thread I was trying to reply to.

Yes, to me as well, and found 2 solutions.  First, seems I am not logged in but able to "reply", so of course they take you to the log-in page which messes things up.  So I try to sign-in before replying.  However, if I forget and am taken to the log-in page after composing a response, here's what I do.  Sign in, then after it gives you the log-in page again, hit the back button.  I think you have to do it twice, but it seems to then go back to your response - which will have posted.  Very weird.

But in the example you give, it doesn't actually allow me to log in. Instead if just reloads the log in page again over and over.

I'm posting this reply partly to see if this board will let me post.

@jaxs mom I had that happen to me once before. After I put in my password and it just took me back to the login screen, I clicked the "back" button on my brower a couple of times to go back to the screen where I typed my reply. I copied my reply, then I went to the top of the forum and clicked on the "login" button and signed in. That allowed me to sign in and then I was able to click on the thread and post my reply.

It's a stupid bug that you would think they could fix. Apparently, going by this thread, there are still lots of bugs. I tried to reply to a thread on the WEN forum twice today and it showed the post, but then when I clicked on the WEN forum again, the thread was not showing my name as the most recent post. When I clicked into the thread, it wasn't there anymore. Just weird. We will see whether this reply disappears too.

Me too.  I am logged in.  I try to post.  I am told to LOG IN, so I log in and I cannot log in and I cannot post.  I hit the back arrow and then I can post.  Makes so much sense.  Obviously something is wrong.  They need to know. Fixing it might be interesting.

@jaxs mom and @Eva-QVC, this happens to me regularly as well. Not all the time but  regularly enough to make it frustrating and annoying.

@aprimo and @Eva-QVC,  I have also tried that workaround but, unfortunately, it almost never works for me.

@bonnielu and @Eva-QVC,  I also have encountered this problem and unfortunately, your resolution almost never works for me.

However I just  remembered  One solution to the problem that sometimes works maybe 40% of the time. If I happen to have tabs open, and I click on and  earlier forum tab from when I was already signed in,  The system sometimes  recognizes the fact that I have already signed in and will allow me to continue to post.
