The computer wipes off when trying to write. It is on my lap and moves slightly and QVC says autosaved and I press and sometimes they put back what I have started quickly. Maybe it is the computer--get it!

I think I get it but I am not sure how that is happening but there are a lot of people posting here that are great problem solvers so maybe they will help.

If I understand correctly, she is on an iPad, or similar device, and when the pad is moved, the screen that she is typing on disappears.

When she clicks on "Load", only part of what she has written is put back on the screen.

The same thing has happened to me when I am using my smart phone.

It is annoying and aggravating, but what can you do?

And also that any of her post that has been saved, when she clicks on “load” from the autosave feature, sometimes the post does not reappear very quickly. I also have that problem. Sometimes it takes several seconds for the portion of my post that has been saved to come back. I think that is also what is bothering her.
