Please use UPS even for the small stuff.

The USPS takes way too long. No wonder they are in trouble. I ordered two seperate Laura Geller items and both shipped on the same day 11/5. One was a kit and the other a compact. The kit arrived within 3 days via UPS. Today is 11/18 and my compact just arrived. I called customer service two days ago to tell them it had gotten lost and she said I had to wait until the 18th. Come ON! 13 days for a small package from Pa to Ma???? This is the third time a package sent US mail has been either delayed or I never received. If UPS is more efficient why are shipping via the US mail. Am I the only one who is having this problem? And of course there is no tracking with the mail.
