Please provide hip circumference at widest part of hip for tops in CLICK HERE measeurements.

 
What is provided now is the circumference at the bottom of the top, but this doesn't let me know if a garment is wide enough in the hips to allow me to sit down or to fit me correctly in this area.

I don't see how they can do that. Not everyone's torso is the same length.
