On the 16th, I ordered a linea jacket and 2 pants. They had sold out in the initial airing and were showing as available on the website. It let me order , showed as in progress , and then the games started.
the jacket and the pants ping ponged from back order to in process at least 6 times, all the while showing as available. I received one pant. As of now, 10 days later, one is on backorder and one remains in progress, and yes, both show as available on the website.
I have spoken to customer service on three different days. Each promises to send an email to other dept to correct the problem and yet here we are.
Now I was told things get oversold because people order at the same time, we are waiting for more stock. No. The point is, when you are out of stock, show it as waitlist. And it is dishonest to take my info, tell me my order is complete, and then put it as back order while still advertising it as available.
Is it so difficult to fix this problem? it makes me feel that you don’t value me as a customer.
