Please fix your drop-down menu

Either on my desktop or my laptop, when I try to log-in the drop-down

menu won't hold on the page for me to get to the sign in spot on the menu.

Its very frustrating I always have to click on account status at the top of the

drop-down, then once it goes it will usually hold long enough for me to sign

in...Please fix your website!!!!!!!!

Jumping pages is only one problem there is with this website. It has been a problem that has not been addressed and some of us are still having trouble with it . This website is always having problems with the sign in page and the order status sign in page just to name a few .. Hoping QVC  reads this and makes the repairs this website so sorely needs. This website is just not  user friendly with most of our programs ... and this website is much worse then the other one. MUCH WORSE.. I do not care much for the 'BREADCRUMBS'!

@jackpotwinner - that's interesting, I've had the same problem from time to time on my desktop.  The only way I can navigate from the drop-down menu is to click on the QVC logo, go back to the homepage and go from there.  Irritating, to say the least.
