I uninstalled the app on my phone, and then installed it again.  It seems to have done the trick -- working fine for the last two days now!

Hi @birdQ13 I am so sorry you have been having difficulty with the QVC app. An updated app has been created and is available in the App Store.

The current Apple device app for the iPad is "QVC for Tablet" and "QVC Mobile Shopping" for the iPhone.

The new version to install is v. 4.0.53.
