For over a week now it kicks out when I'm shopping. It closes suddenly without provocation. Very annoying.

 I'm experiencing the same issue. The app crashes every few minutes. Makes it impossible to shop.

This has been happening to me also. I thought it was my phone. Relieved to see it is happening to others.

I don't like apps and rarely use them. It's a lot easier to go to the website on the internet.

I use the app exclusively to shop and make a purchase. 

 

Cleaner, smoother, neater, easier use of operation,  faster loading....I find the website cluttered and slow.

I use the app 95% of the time.  It's much easier to navigate than the website; I'm never waiting for the website's overloaded pages to open.

 

There are app-only features that give a peek to see new item launches -- The Drop Spot refreshes on the app every Monday. 

 

Also, the Cart & checkout process on the app is great!  The website takes you away from the item page to the order/Cart page -- I strongly dislike that.  I want to put things in my Cart and then keep shopping, and not wait to slowly backtrack to the item webpage.

 

Most all other retailers have that separate Cart box, but not QVC's antiquated website.

QVC's website is one of the worst I've ever used from a retailer. 

 

It's surprising that the app is so smooth, seamless and clutter free

I'm having the same problem with the app on my smart tv. It freezes a lot or just crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but same thing keeps happening.  It's very frustrating.
