Please bring back the editing feature

I am so disappointed we are unable to edit our posts (as needed).  Please bring back this feature we had on the former forums.

Thank you, debc.  You know more about this than QVC Customer Service who I emailed yesterday to ask about this.  They wrote back and said we are unable to edit.  Guess they need to be trained better about the new forums!

My son is a computer guy and whenever I complained he chastized me to get in there and click buttons.  He told me I'd never learn if I didn't.   He was right and that's the first thing I do, click every button possible.  He's evil.

lol

Their job is really to sell things and answer questions about what people buy or sell. They're not tech support. They should have just told you they didn't know and explained how to reach tech support instead of making something up. The people who do call center customer service and the people who do tech support are almost never the same team and the teams have different knowledge and skillsets.

He is smart and you are wise to have taken his advice. In an  environment where you really can't make mistakes that break anything, that's a great way to learn. It can be aa frustrating way to learn, but what you learn will stick with you more than the things you learn because someone else did the work and told you how.
