I purchased the Belle Ponte Capri A639698 that have the draw string at the leg opening.  I pruchased the tall - I'm 5'8 and pretty long legs, so thought they would be ok.  They were too long as a capri and I just didn't like the look, so thought I would exchange for reg. length A639696.   In speaking with chat customer service, you can't do exchange on length - only color and size..  I didn't want to pay a total of  $13.95 in shipping charges . - $3.50 first time, $6.95 for return and then another $3.50 to ship out again....  nope. I would like to suggest to the QVC customer service to add a line on the return for item number for different length..  Just wanted to make other aware...  So, now they lost the entire sale....

I agree with you - that should be an exchangeable option.  It makes no sense that it is not.

Problem not solved. Usually petite, regular, and tall all have different item numbers. That's how they get you on that one. You cannot do an exchange for a different item number under their free exchange program. So as was mentioned, they have built into their system upfront that free exchanges for length are not allowed.

That doesn't solve anything.  They are still too long.....  I would like the regular length. That's why I wanted to alert people..

They said because each length is a different item number, you can't do an exchange.  Color and size only.  Lesson learned....  ;(

It is NOT.

That has been Q policy for a VERY long time.

I don't agree with it either (although it hasn't happened to me)

If it is the same item, you should be able to exchange for Reg, Pet or Tall.
