That is what I don’t understand. Aren’t HSN and QVC owned by the same corporation? Why don’t they have the same policies across the board?
I haven’t shopped HSN in years, can you use your Q card to purchase at HSN?

I agree, that should be eligible for exchange.

It costs me less than shipping/return charges to take pants to a local tailor. 25+ years ago, I found 2 independent tailors who are very good and reasonably priced.

While they are technically "owned" by the same corporation, I believe they are run independently, much like other companies owned by the same parent.

• Unfortunately, the style has a draw string on the side.  Even with pulling up on the side, they were just too long and didn't look right...  If not for the draw string, yes, I could have done that..  Good suggestion....It's A651047 of you want to see the Capri.
