Re: Please Stop Using Mail Innovations

I must add my vote to the "NO MORE MAIL INNOVATIONS!" rally.   This shipping is the absolute WORST.   No available tracking, slooooooooooow shipping, just horrible.   How ironic that Q makes us pay for shipping both ways now, and at the same time contracts such pathetic shipping partners.

Get with the program, QVC.   This is just about the last straw and a death knoll to your "convenience" claims.   There are other places to shop and I'm headed there.   Take a page from Amazon's customer service book; they know how to do it right.

You do have the option of choosing another delivery method when you order.  Choose one of the faster methods and it'll be shipped by UPS.

Sure.   We can pay MORE for that.   Or, we can go to the mall and do our shopping.   Plenty of options!

I totally agree.  This delivery service is starting to affect whether or not I order,  I cannot rely on a prompt delivery of items.

Re: Please Stop Using Mail Innovations

My latest "mail innovations" experience.  I have been tracking an order for the past week or so, and it slooooooowly made it to within 15 miles of me yesterday, so I expected it to be delivered today or tomorrow.

Ha Ha Ha, how foolish am I?   The latest tracking shows the package has made a drive-by, then left town and gone to tour Austin, 170 miles from here.

Can someone just please explain why a package would travel to within 15 miles of me to 170 miles away?   Oh, that seems extremely efficient!   :sarcasm:

QVC, are you listening???    Not acceptable.
