The QVC web site Zoom Feature has been broken for over a month. I reported it to QVC weeks and weeks ago and was told that they were aware of the problem. It is very frustrating when shopping on line when you cannot view a specific portion of the product. The Zoom Feature should allow the customer to move about the picture once it is enlarged. It worked that way for years and now it is broken. When I zoom, I get the center of the photo and cannot see anything else. I tried to view the details of an embellished sweater only to find a blob of color from the center and no way to move to the neck area where the embellishments were. After several calls and e-mails to QVC, the only response has been that QVC knows that the feature is broken....when will it be fixed? The holidays are coming and I would like to have a better view of what I am expected to buy.
