On the new product descriptionh pages, if a color is sold out, you cannot see the color name. You can see a little colored dot with an X through it, but you can no longer read what the color name is that sold out.
This is bad for us ladies who like to buy As Is clothing. When interested in an As Is item, to get more info about it and see the video on it, I always go to the original item. I'd like to see what the color choices were, even if they are sold out.
Also, I was recommending a product to other posters today that I own (this season's) and the color I own is sold out so I couldn't give the exact name of it which, being a LOGO color, was a funky name. Not just "pink." I couldn't recommend the name of the color I own because I couldn't read it any more - it was X'd out. Please let us see the color choices even on a sold out item. We may want to put it on a wish list or at least look for it to come back. I see no good reason to not be able to see the color choices of items that have sold out - hopefully they'll be back in stock some time!

I just clicked on Today's Special Value (the Quaker Factory pedal pushers) to see what colors were left and got script error after script error. The page doesn't even load to see ANY colors.
I use Firefox and QVC really needs to address the problems when using this browser. I've had some dialogue with a mod on another post.
This doesn't happen on HSN's or Evine's websites.

Why are you messing with the website AGAIN???? Every time it gets a little bit worse. I mainly shop online but your website is less and less user friendly. I don't want to have to scroll and scroll and scroll to see everything on the page. But now you've made everything so BIG that I have no choice. And I don't need the video to automatically start. Thank you but I can make my own decisions about what I need to see to make a decision about a purchase.
And why is there no way to go back to the main page?

Earlier I was looking at some candles and when I hovered my cursor over the sold out colors, it did tell me the color 'name'.
I use IE, if that matters.

If you go to any product page and look right underneath the video, there is a box checked for 'Play video automatically'.
If you uncheck that box, it will stop the video from starting on every product you look at after that.

And what's up with the item page getting enormously big??? Earlier this week I clicked on an item to check it out and the page was HUGE! Later in day I clicked on and item and the page was back to normal as we have known it to be.
Yesterday it was huge again on some items. Are they trying out something new or what?
I thought there was something wrong with my computer. Stop fooling around with the web pages - drives us CRAZY! Okay, it drives ME crazy!

Thanks, @KingstonsMom ..I wasn't using IE.
The sound in the videos isn't playing for me since the changeover. And no, I cannot see the colors when I move my cursor over them. Only the X and it blocks out the color name (which I can see for a split millisecond before I move my cursor over it, but if it's two words I don't have time to read both. I couldn't read "pink frost" for the LOGO sold out tank - I had to go back through my Order Status and find what I'd ordered to get the name of the color.

I cannot express how frustrated I am trying to views pages. Your site is very, very slow and sluggish. I keep getting the new product page and I get nothing but 2 minutes of trying to load video. When it finally comes on.... it stops and starts ... reloads trying to show video... stops... starts ... stops...... I GIVE UP. I even spent an 1 1/2 hr trying to see if my flash was loaded and updated correctly... yes it is up to date. I hate having to click on READ MORE+ to see the full basic description too.
I opted out of video coming up automatically. The still picture take a while to show up and enlarge. Then, when I click on video: It keeps loading, loading, it is taking forever to see the video ...That I just gave up and left page
Then I come back on and get the old page ... it goes back and forth. Please test these pages before loading them live. Is there a way to opt out of the page? Missed breakfast trying to get your site to work ...time for lunch...Over and out........
