Pilates - Help-

I have a Pilates machine -have had it for approx. 3 years. Have used it on and off.

Recently it has started to squeek really loud.

Any recommendations - can it be oiled? Not even sure where to oil it. Or what to use on it.

Appreciate any help. Cannot see any thing in manual.
