Big Wish! Petite pant sizes do not just include the length of the pant. The rise length is very inportant. I end up with the waist being upto the band of my bra's. I finally tried Kim Gravel pants, same problem. Same goes for D&C, Susan Graver, Isiac. I can't believe I am the only person who shops with QVC that has this problem. Actually, years ago D&C pants fit perfectly, short rise included.

Everyone is different.  I'm 5'1" and like my pants to be 27 or 26 inches depending on the style.  However I like the rise to just cover my waist.  Some petite pants are too low for me.

If you check the "click here" for the exact measurements for each item it will usually tell you the front & back rise for pants.  It's under the description.

I don't think you can get a true petite pant on either QVC or HSN.  Pants are my total nemesis.  I hate a droopy crotch. I've been wearing the same ones for years since I can't find a good fit or the drape I want, even in my local stores.  So, I just settle for what I've got.

I don't have as much of a problem with jeans since they are cut differently, so I can usually wear a Short in them.  But, they are labeled Shorts, not Petites, so lthe jeans manufacturers know the difference.

I haven't ordered pants from the Q in years because everytine I did if the waistband was at my waist, the crotch was a few inches too low.  For years I thought it was just me, but I started watching the prentations and most of the pants don't fit the models correctly either.

I wish there was an extra petite offering.  I need a 25"or 26" length.  Most petite jeans start at 28". I would also suggest being able to search the website by inseam which would save a lot of time, and lastly when hosts present pants give the inseam at the beginning of the presentation.  It is frustrating to sit through a presentation for an item only to find it's not your required length.

Many pants sold as petite are actually just short.  I can't wear short, I need petite.

Land's End, Appleseeds's and Christopher and Banks all sell petite sizes that have a petite rise, narrower shoulders, shorter sleeves, etc.

I buy there. I buy very little clothing from QVC.

@Franell  I'm 4'11" and I want "extra petite" lengths too! My inseam is 24 1/2" and I've found that Express brand  high waisted ankle length skinny jeans in the "short inseam" are my absolute perfect fit- I love them so much that I have over 40 pairs of them in different color washes.  When something makes the most of every inch of my petite/short frame, I defintely buy multiples in different colors Smiley Very Happy.

I've found that cropped jackets and tops are the perfect length on me and a lot of junior brands work well on me.  At 35, I've found that I've aged out of Forever 21, but Express has great jeans and tops and Macy's also has a great  petite department. There's a French brand called Equipment that makes great silk blouses that fit me nicely right off of the rack. If you like watching Youtube, there's a great youtuber named Chi Li who has a petite fashion/styling channel on Youtube called "Petite Dressing" she gives great tips for styling petite bodies from head to toe and I've learned some really great tips from her channel!  Smiley Happy.
