One of the best perks I got from QVC was back when they’d send you a Christmas card that was “signed” by all the hosts and Murphy the dog. In addition to the opportunity to use easy pay for one of my holiday purchases, Mary Beth included her recipe for Impossible Pumpkin Pie on the back of the card. Since I never eat the pie crust with a regular custard pie, this was a treat for me. I still pull that recipe out whenever I make a pumpkin pie.
