Paying for Vendor Advertising

I received two pairs of Isaac Mizrahi shoes today and in each package there was a hefty advertising booklet from Bare Escentuals. It occurs to me that I'm paying for shipping on each box and some cosmetic vendor is distributing advertising free on the customers' shipping fees. I think this is a serious problem. The booklet was in no way related to my purchase - just a free "ride-along" at the expense of a customer.
