With other websites, if you happen to mis-type your password, there's a pop-up that advises you that it is incorrect, and you can then go back and type in the correct number. I'd love to see QVC adopt that type of notification, rather than suspending the account after only a single mis-typing. Way too sensitive, IMHO. A nuisance to have to bother C/S to reset the account.
