@QVCkitty1  I think it’s a control issue. If a statement doesn’t agree with their opinion, it really bothers them. They can’t simply state their opinion on the subject, they have to say something personal about the op or tell the op what to do.

I've seen many pretty dresses this year, probably more than ever before.  I think there's quite a variety in the pants and shirts; different fabrics, lengths, colors, embellishments, sleeve lengths.  How would YOU change them?  Americans do love their pants and jeans.

@LilacTree   I actually notice a lot more dresses and jumpsuits here than I have in recent years passed.  Also, blouses have made a come-back, so it's not all t-shirts and tunics any longer.

Pants, tops, and shoes for [over] $100 is quite a good deal, in my opinion.  If they are attractive and good quality, where can you get an entire nice outfit, including the shoes, for less than $100?  I mean quality, not something I'd wear this year but have to throw away next year.

Try looking online instead of waiting for a presentation, or one of QVC's "shopping events."  I started going straight online because I couldn't take some of the hosts' on-air antics any longer.  Now I go happily because there are a great deal of new items online!   Instead of being led by what they show, I search QVC online proactively, just like I search on every other retail site where I spend my money.  I save money on very good prices that they don't show on-air, and get great items (fashion and home items).

@Caaareful Shopper

I  did not include shoes when I mentioned $100 for one outfit.  With shoes, it would probably be over $150.

That said, my post was not meant to cause controversy.  I rarely buy clothes anymore, let alone at QVC.

Thanks for your suggestion though.

@LilacTree   I didn't see any controversy in your post either.  Smiley Happy  The presentations can seem to all look alike sometimes.

I spend far less shopping online elsewhere that also has boutiques here. You can order online and return at the boutique. They have a unique sizing system so I know my size and rarely have to return anything.i can’t tell the name because I did in the past and was poofed! They are based in Ft Myers, by the way.😉

The few malls we have still open here are not places I prefer to shop anyway. They are slowing being torn down because they aren’t being maintained and security is very marginal, so I don’t feel safe with the parking there eitheel We are both fortunate to have online shopping as an option.

If someone voices a complaint on here, I just move on.....doesn’t bother me in the least. We can all have an opinion.
