I am kind of shocked!  I read that QVC is filing for bankruptcy but there is enough money to send a huge staff to Palm Springs!  Really??  your prices continue to go higher and higher and some of the best vendors are no longer offered but you have the money to spend to send everyone to Palm Springs.  Kind of make me sick.  I don't want to stop having a QVC option but it looks like it could happen

I've been thinking and feeling the same regarding Palm Springs since I heard the announcement yesterday. 

What is the point of this besides a huge expense???!!!

I'm low on the comment score as well and I too am here more often as of late. The huge debt and possible chapter 11 filing is upsetting especially to someone like myself who has been with the Q for over 3 decades!

Yes, the Palm Springs thing is especially irritating to me personally considering the circumstances!

In light of QVC's financial problems, I agree that this was a bad decision unless the vendor herself picked up all expenses.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Palm Springs Tourism Bureau provided some fees and accommodations and LOGO may have provided expenses for the models.  No one here knows.

Palm Springs officials plan to declare Monday, March 2 as "QVC Day."
