Packaging/delivery

I love QVC, been shopping with you guys for ages. But lately I have been very surprised at the delivery packaging. My cookbook arrived today in a box 6 inches tall? I have gotten a lipstick in HUGE envelope. I know you guys have to try to keep generic sizes of boxes and envelopes, but sometimes I wonder about the wastefulness of your delivery packaging. The cookbook could have come in a padded envelope. (That is what other online sellers use). Obviously, if it is breakable, I am glad your packaging is reliable. But maybe you guys need to develop something that is more flexible for size?
