I recently ordered two Nick Chavez products, which (thankfully as it turns out, but oddly) were shipped in two separate boxes and arrived 3 days apart. They didn't need to be separate as far as fitting in a box.
Neither of the boxes had any packaging inside to keep the bottles from moving, rolling around. The shampoo didn't have a removable top so there was nothing to come off. The thickening spray had a plastic cap that had come off in transit because there was no packing, and some of the contents had leaked out and the bottle and other contents were all sticky. Ecch.
Let the Chavez people know, or the warehouse if QVC ships this - please either make sure the products can't move, with packing, or put a piece of tape over caps that can come off in transit. More could have leaked and it could have been a real mess. At this point, I wouldn't take the chance of ordering more, if I like it.

i have had this happen before, although not with NC products. call customer service and ask for a partial refund because of leakage. they are usually very accomodating.

@sunshine45, if it had been a substantial amount of contents lost, I would have contacted someone, but it was just enough to make me go ewww, yucky. I was just lucky more didn't leak, as it could have. Also nothing was in plastic, so a big leak could soak through the cardboard box.
