How about a simple email a couple days in advance of free ship days?  Unless you lurk around QVC 24/7, free ship days are something most people stumble on to and for those who budget their disposable income purchases stumbling upon those free ship days is few and far between.

You don't have to have a Q card to take advantage of the Free shipping  when they offer it.

It applies to any CC.

You may not get the extra EZ pays or other perks such as long term payment plans with no interest unless you use the Q card, but you definitely Can use free shipping with any CC
