I No reason to yell at the OP! I agree with OP...not everyone has a computer and hosts should give as many details as they can...shouldn't be required to pnly get info online...so you just want QVC to go off the air and be online only? That should be on the suggestion forum.

I quit watching PM Style on Monday when this person became the hosts. She's annoying and I agree, she chatters too much about nothing. I also do not like the way she treats Isaac. I cringe when I watch them together. It is like she is always baiting and challenging him. I love Isaac and will continue to watch but I like better when someone else is hosting.

i find the information that is found online to be much more complete than what the hosts say so i rely more on what i can read than what i am hearing. if you are not at a computer, then the phone and a customer service agent is the next best option.....or even asking a question on these forums.

online i can find the garment measurements, the fabric, the details, close up photos of the item, and comments and reviews from qvc customers.

Face it... Many hosts are now part of the new 'cult of personality' approach to hosting... In the old days, while it's possible some of those hosts too had higher aspirations involving television and 'celebrity', they still dove in, bit the bullet and honed their hosting skills. Their focus was selling and giving the audience the information deemed necessary to make a somewhat informed choice about purchasing. They knew or learned about effective presentations and about the merchandise they presented. Fast forward to the current decade and hosts hired are more 'media types', who either did or do aspire to broadcast careers and this is where they landed... The current Monday night fashion hosts are not students of fashion and so the personality quirks ostensibly make up for their lack of knowlege... Viewers can decide for themselves how that's worling... Personally, I'm no longer watching those shows...

Big thumbs up... And just think, if they went in that direction, they might actually be able to make enough money not to expect customers to pay over the top shipping costs to help them make a profit...

That the information might be available elsewhere isn't really the issue... If they have hosts then they should serve a purpose... They aren't there merely to look cute... I mean, you know, to the extent any of them actually do...
