Sorry it took me a while to get back to this post. I actually found the EXACT same wallet I was looking for on eBay NEW with tags. I couldn't believe it. I bought it so fast - ha! $25. What a deal.

Can anyone recommend a great wallet that has a change purse section that clicks open, like a change purse, not zippers open and closed ? ${#emotions_dlg.confused1}$

That's the type of wallet I prefer also. I get them in eel skin on eBay and they last for years. I believe they call that closure a "kiss lock".
