There have been a few discussions involving PayPal recently, but not specifically asking your question, which is a good one, in my opinion. I don't think anyone knows why QVC doesn't offer it as an option - HSN does. And as you say, many other online retailers do.

Maybe you could email them and ask the question. Sometimes you get an answer and sometimes you don't, but it might be worth a try!Smile

I would love the option of using PayPal.

They should offer it. One wonders if they assume it will cut into their Q-card business and also if it costs them to participate...

It could be due to the "cut" of each transaction that PayPal wants to charge or that PayPal is owned by eBay. Just speculation, though.

If HSN can take PayPal, it would be interesting to know why QVC can't. They have to pay a certain amount to all credit card companies in order to take their cards...I wouldn't think PayPal would be that different. Even SHOPHQ takes PayPal for online purchases...I've never bought from them but I've been on their website.

I had an HSN CS tell me that PayPal is a huge pain in their "elbow". She stated that PP argues and fights over so many of the bills/payments/returns and that it is a very difficult company to do business with... ????

QVC offers Bill Me Later, PayPal's online credit card.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

They do offer it, but apparently a lot of folks with Paypal don't know that Bill Me Later and Paypal are one and the same company. If you have a Paypal account you can add or create (it's been so long I forgot how I did it) the Bill Me Later ( also known as Paypal Credit) part, and you can make Bill Me Later your payment default - both with Paypal, and with QVC. I went to pre-order Saturday's TSV and was surprised it wasn't on Easy Pay - but I was offered my choice of the CC QVC keeps on file for me, or my Bill Me Later - so I got easy pay anyway ;-) BTW, is that standard for the Q - if you order the TSV before midnight you don't get the Easy Pay? If so, tacky.
