Sure would like it if the date/time of the original post was shown.....in the subject line, if possible.

It's shown once you click on the thread... but like you, a lot of us have been asking why can't we get it on the pages listing all the thread titles.  Heaven knows, there's enough white space on these pages, they should be able to expand something enough to put it on the title lists.

count me on that one, too....hopefully the mods are reading these problems and will eventually get them all fixed for us....

Totally agree. This forum isle useless without the post date, unless that is what the Q is hoping for.

This would be extremely helpful,and there is certainly room for it on the page.  (they find room for time of last reply above the nic of the poster.  It wouldn't take any more room to list the original posting date above or below the nic of the author.)

Also a lot of people have chosen to view replies newest to oldest in a thread.  They would have no idea how old the original post was until they got all the way to the end.

I agree totally.  I have asked they post the original date (under Author) several times, but so far we don't have it.    I don't understand why not.

Hello @Krimpette @Big Sister @SHIRAZ @Quinny & @MJDinVegas!

Jumping in here to let you know how to have dates show;

To show dates of posts and threads

Go to Preferences and click Display. You will see a box that says Use relative dates. Uncheck that box and be sure to click SAVE. Dates will then appear on all posts and thread.

There is more information in the Welcome Get Started category and here is one blog from there that may help;

Community Update

Hope this helps!

AGAIN, I've mentioned this issue in other posts about the complete/original date not showing in the post,  I don't always log-in under my user name to view the Forums, so please change this feature so all users whether logged-in or not logged-in can view the original date of the thread. All you do is give the standard answer about changing your preferences to anyone who has ever asked that this date feature be fixed.  When are you actually going to make a permanent change regarding the issue of viewing the original dates?
