Why are orders being taken if the warehouse has a problem and can't get them out and customer service can't help the customer?
Had a problem with an order from HSN since 6/7. Called them and it was taken care of immediately. Same warehouse used I was told.

@qvcaddition. Since we're not familiar with warehouse operations, nobody can answer your question. There has been a lot of discussion which you can access through a board search.

Why am I always surprised when posters who often participate in discussions here don't seem aware that millions of us do not have delivery problems?
I know there are problems because I see the posts about them; I am one of the lucky ones who hasn't experienced delays myself.

It's vacation time! I have worked for several BIG corporations in my lifetime...and I was never "replaced by a substitute" while I was gone.
I would imagine the Q shipping is a little slow due to a temporary shortage of workers...
PS: I just spent AN HOUR at my bank "proving my identity" on an open account I have held since 1974. (So ya see, "it" happens)

if you are getting items from the ONTARIO warehouse, there have been issues. if it is something you dont want to wait for, then it is probably best to cancel your order or contact qvcsocialteam@qvc.com .
i have been lucky. nothing that i have ordered is coming from there and i am getting my orders in 3 - 7 days. a few items have even come in two days! i am pleased with the shipping!

@millieshops I too have received my purchases in a timely manner. In fact, the Calista tsv arrived today and I got another order Friday. It seems QVC has problems with certain vendors and either their products arriving as promised or a warehouse/dispensery problems.
Programming is done months ahead and I doubt qvc can just change anything or everything on a short notice.
I also think @qvcaddition makes some good points, but fixing a warehouse problem can't be easy. Especially if there are also employee shortages etc. I recently ordered an expensive (to me) home laser and I waited a month for it to ship to me.

I have experienced the same issue with 10 items ordered on 5/24!! (It was the Kim Gravel TSV day) Still hasn't been shipped! Very frustrating.

I have an order coming from the Ontario warehouse that they keep changing the delivery date on. Always a ****** shoot.

I have noticed several of the items I ordered a week or 2 weeks ago havent been shipped yet! What is the ho!dup? This has been the trend the last couple of months! They are usually shipped with a few days. This is not what I consider convenient. QVC should not sell an item that hasn't been received in their warehouse yet! That item should be ready to go. I would suggest hiring more peop!e because I myself is getting tired of this and will stop ordering!
