I occasionally buy something being shown on Q2. I get my phone ready and sit and wait and wait for the phone number to appear on the screen. Often, when it finally appears, my size, color etc., is gone. We shouldn't have to ask that the phone number be kept on the screen.

@Kachina624 I have noticed the same. I just call the automated ordering 800 number for the main channel.

1800-500-7590 is the phone number for Q2. Once you have it it’s not like it changes for every item.
Why not write it down now and hold onto it so you don’t have to wait for the screen to display it in the future. You can also call the regular QVC order operators and they can help.

@gizmogal. The number for auto ordering is 800-700-1402. I usually need it at 3:30am when I'm in bed and am in no mood to search for a phone number nor am I near a pad or computer. I don't know what your number is.

The number I wrote down was on the Q2 screen on my Q2 channel at the time I wrote my post. Yes, the screen number your channel doesn’t post often enough. That’s what it says right now as I post this reply. Still showing the number I offered. And it is the automated ordering number for Q2 so at 3:30AM you don’t have to write anything down or look for anything. Try that number and you’ll see it works. I don’t say the 800 number you replied with is not accurate, but the number I offered to help with is also valid

@Kachina624 - Do you have the option of saving the Q2 phone number in your phone? That way, you could just direct-dial it whenever you're ready to order.

@gizmogal. I apologize if I sounded ungracious. I was sitting here looking at the TV as I wrote this and the number I listed was on the screen at that moment. I think I have it memorized now. I'm watching using antenna TV which makes me wonder if they have different numbers depending on the TV source. I don't think I've ever seen the number you listed. It's totally unfamiliar.
