Previous orders, and an order I placed on 1/27,  printed out just the order information and just that.....a copy of my order.  No other information, just my order details.  Perfect!

I ordered something on 2/6 but had a printer issue so couldn't print it out until today, 2/8.  HOWEVER, in addition to my order being printed out I got a whole bunch of "suggestions" that I have ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST IN!!!!  Not only that, I am wasting ink printing out information that I don't want or need.  Why have you all of a sudden started adding advertising to my order printout?  I have no interest in candles, clothing, masks, lightbulbs, vacuum cleaners etc.and now I don't even have room to make notes to the page if needed. Please just allow me/us to print out orders containing pertinent information and not a page cluttered with unwanted material.

I know when sending items back for an exchange the is one spot to say what you want done! What if four items were being sent back & you want to exchange 3 & return another? It's a big pain in the neck. I even taped the paper explaining what I wanted done! The people handling returns need to be trained to read what you wrote or make it very simple & list each item so you can mark what you want done!
