The only way to watch QVC is to check the daily program guide, set the DVR to record the presentations you are interested in and then watch at your leisure - fast forward thru most of it and only watch and listen to what you want to. I cut my "viewing" by 2/3 and don't have to listen to the hosts that drive me nuts.

I occasionally set the DVR too... VERY occasionally. That's as often as they seem to program anything of interest these days...

I seldom dvr anymore as the presentations/hosts are not that interesting these days. I feel if I miss a show, so what? QVC isn't important to me any more.

I can't imagine recording anything on any shopping channel. It's all over and done by the time it's watched.

I agree - it I miss a show, so what? Just go on line and spare yourself all the annoying hosts' antics. Every time I decide to watch a minute, Nancy is the host!! Or Sandra. I used to tape shows and watch what I missed - now I don't even bother to think about it. Unless it is a really hot item ( and how many of those have they had lately?) it will be presented again and again and again.

I record and fast forward any show I'm interested in. Don't have the patience to listen to long presentations and it's something quiet to watch in the mornings while my husband's still asleep. Works for me. I don't buy a lot so if it's sold out by then, I figure I just saved some money, ha, ha and many times I've checked and sold out items are still available. People drop off, cancellations, cards declined.
