I agree with you.  I have shopped at QVC for years and years and now I can only get free shipping on  todays deal....Big deal....  I will be doing the rest of my Christmas shopping at other stores that offer free shipping.  Many of them require a certain amount to spend, but I am willing to spend extra money rather than give it to QVC....

This tactic will backfire. AT&T did this for years giving great deals to only new customers rather than those that have been loyalists. 

My anger over this along with making a purchase with free shipping then having to return it and charged for the return. Been a customer for decades and have seen too many changes and not for the good. Quality being one.

As someone who has made Customer Service a career, please don't take your frustration about this free shipping promotion out on the representative who takes your call/email.  This decision was made by someone above their pay grade and no, they cannot make an exception "just this once" for you.

 

If as some of you think this promo is the hill QVC has chosen to die on, so be it; if it happens, well, you were right🤷🏾‍♀️

More like a brainless person at the Q came up with this free shipping to new customers till the end of Jan. 2023.  I have already cancelled many orders...and

I am a long time customer since the beginning....

Just another reason to NOT shop QVC.  Prices already stink compared to other sites and now this. I have already been buying much less here, and only when there is free shipping.  They are just not competitive anymore and items are not unique.  Shop around people!!!!

I don't stick around where I'm not appreciated.

I haven't bought anything since they ran this promotion and stopped watching because I am sick of hearing the hosts talk about it. Win for my wallet!

This was the dumbest marketing idea they have had in a long time. 

 

I've been a customer for over 20 years, and I have to say, I was already at the point that I waited mostly for free shipping days to order, then loaded up on what I needed or wanted. But the idea of giving new customers something this big, this long term, and not offering it across the board or at least to those with a Q card, or maybe even just existing customers getting a free ship day every Tuesday or something, was nothing more than a slap in the face to the people that built the brand and made the company it's money over the years.
