that seems to be the new "title du jour". Guess Chief People Officer sounds less corporate than Human Resources.

I've been doing the same thing with auto-deliveries and items that I ordered. Yep I'll have to pay the "return" shipping but items will be out of my house and back on QVCs shelves.

@Tshirtgal I ignore their "buy more save more" promotions because the shipping charge that is added to EACH item completely negates the savings. Geez they must think no one can do math! Save $3.00 if you buy 2, shipping charge $3.50 each.  Nope!!

Only received one item today..I have it ready to return.

 Been a customer for 30 years, and I order all of my clothes and shoes from QVC. Yesterday I placed my LAST order with QVC. Thanks for YOUR loyalty QVC.  NOT.

Neither did I. And I buy ALOT from QVC. They lost this shopper.

Listening to Pat just now seemed a dismissive response to those that cannot take part in this free shipping promotion until end of January. Says promotions always are happening so for those that this doesn't fit can partake of another? As a long time customer haven't seen the likes of the promotion offering newcomer at present. Not a good response to share, best to say nothing than try to rationalize a solution that falls short for most

As a long time QVC customer I find this very upsetting

to give new customers free shipping on everything until the end of the year.  What about all of your long time customers, we should be the one's to have free shipping

for all we have brought over the years and because of us we kept QVC going even during COVID..

How about free shipping Thank YOU to US till the end of January 2023!    So, again QVC misses the mark on how to treat their dedicated customers like myself.

I do hope a QVC representative sees all our comments and how un-happy we are..... Which- ever dept. came up with this should re-think it quickly...
