@queendiva Yes, I believe that is why they can't offer free shipping. Too many would purchase "just to try on". Now, if they changed their return policy I am sure it would require the item to be returned "new" and "unused". I prefer to be able to wash an apparel item to be sure it washes well. And especially shoes, I need to actually wear them to know if they would work.
So, I think QVC would have to change their policy for the condition of an item and for me, I like that I can use something for 30 days, currently over 3 months, to return. Other retailers might offer free returns but you cannot wear an item or use it. And very few retailers allow 4 months like QVC for the Christmas holiday. I buy gifts very early so this is beneficial to me.
