Offer a price break on repeat purchases

Sooo, if you are a customer who bought an item at a special price (TSV, lunchtime, etc) and you love the first one you received and now want another, I would like to be able to buy more at a reasonable price!  Example ... Liz pants bought on lunchtime special @ $13.78 ... want another color now that I've worn the first pair and the price is much higher @ $29.87... it's too high of a price jump and I am trying to cut back on over buying/returning.

LOL.  How funny.  I'm going to the grocery store and tell them "you should give this to me at the price it was on sale last week because I am a return customer."
